Fighting the Emotion

Stimulated but frustrated,

Captivated by what was not anticipated,

The hurt is painful,

Suffocating from the betrayal,

No more tears to fall,

Thinking about the pain of it all,

Hopeful and optimistic,

Just glad that the clock continues to tick,

The sun will shine again,

Knowing the pain will come to an end,

A lot of mental commotion,

As we fight through the many emotions,

Through all the sorrow,

There is great anticipation in tomorrow,
