Delete and not repeat

The goal is not to fold,

Daily we wrestle for control of our soul,

The past is a horrible echo,

Trying it's best to not let us go,

We must fight today,

To not let the past, have its way,

What will be the choice?

Forward progress or obeying the negative voice?

The voice of the past tries to roar,

Truly it's time to soar,

Delete means not to repeat,

Flow and let go,

Now is the time,

To let go of the negativity and grind,
