Fear will not own our destiny

Fear will cause us to make a mess in a predicament instead of learning from the moment. This emotion that has us believe what does not exist is something we should fight to resist. Belief is triggered from a positive or negative purpose. If that purpose is positive it is faith if it is negative it is fear. This is the year to change the meaning of our life by not being afraid of what we are, and once we know who we are we will never accept what we are not. How do we deal with negativity? Dr. B Fredrickson have a very interesting perspective on how to deal with negative people which can bring out the “What if syndrome.”

“Aikido is a Japanese martial art described by its founder as the art of peace. The guiding principle of aikido is to neutralize aggression without causing harm to yourself or your attacker, which is the spirit underlying each of the following three techniques for dealing with difficult people.” ( Positivity, MJF books 2009)

As we seek peace we seek peaceful outcomes but this is done skillfully and not impulsively, because a cool mind is always an open mind. This principle is very important because dealing with negativity and neutralizing aggression from a person that does not have our best interest at heart “haters” will help us replace fear with faith. She goes on to mention the importance of modifying the situation, attend differently and change meanings yes its work but we can do it. We can fight to not allow fear to become a reality because we are the ones that determine our outcome in life. This outcome ultimately becomes our destiny the movement must take place in our mind. A new mind set comes from a new mentality that does not react to a negative purpose in our life. If we kill the negativity in our head than we will kill the fear that tries to manifest in our life and this will lead us to a better expression of ourselves.

“For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11
